Calmoon (“the app”, “we”) is a sleep-sounds, relaxation and meditation app published by AmadevLabs. We care about your privacy. This policy explains what data is involved when you use Calmoon and your choices. In short: we do not require an account and we do not sell your data.
Data you create stays on your device. Your favorites, custom mixes, settings, language, chosen background, mood/gratitude journal entries and sleep logs are stored locally on your device only. We do not upload or receive this data.
Advertising data (via Google AdMob). The free version shows ads served by Google AdMob. Google may collect and process device information (such as a device advertising identifier, IP address, and general usage/interaction data) to deliver and measure ads. In the European Economic Area, the UK and Switzerland, personalized ads are used only with your consent (see section 3).
Sound streaming. Some sounds are downloaded from our server
(amadevlabs.com) when you play them. Like any web request, our host may keep
standard technical logs (e.g., IP address, timestamp) for operation and security. We do
not use these logs to identify you.
Calmoon does not contain its own analytics or tracking SDK beyond Google AdMob.
We use Google AdMob. Where required by law, we show a consent form (Google’s User Messaging Platform) before serving personalized ads, and you can change your choice at any time in Settings → Ad privacy inside the app. You can also opt out of ad personalization in your device settings (reset or limit your advertising ID).

Optional Premium (subscription/one-time purchase) removes ads and unlocks all content. Purchases are processed by Google Play Billing; we never see or store your payment details. See Google’s policy.
If you enable the bedtime reminder, it is scheduled and shown locally by your device. No personal data is sent to us for notifications.
Calmoon is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. Users below the applicable age of consent are not shown personalized ads.
We do not sell your personal data. Advertising data is processed by Google (AdMob) as an independent controller/processor under Google’s policies. Payments are processed by Google Play.
Because we do not hold an account or personal profile about you, most data is under your control on your device: you can clear favorites/journal/logs in the app, clear the sound cache (Settings → Sound cache), withdraw ad consent (Settings → Ad privacy), or uninstall the app to remove all locally stored data. For advertising data held by Google, you may exercise your rights via Google’s tools. Depending on your region (e.g., GDPR/CCPA), you may have rights to access, delete, or restrict processing.
Locally stored data remains until you delete it in the app or uninstall Calmoon. Server technical logs are kept for a limited period for security and maintenance.
We use reasonable measures to protect data. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to keep the app safe.
We may update this policy. The “Last updated” date above reflects the latest version. Significant changes will be posted on this page.
